Principle Architect: Thad M. Gleason, AIA, NCARB
Thad Gleason brings decades of distinguished architectural expertise to CleanEra Technologies, holding a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (1981), with an emphasis on design.
Licensed in twenty-four states—including key markets such as Texas, Florida, Colorado, and California—he is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), International Code Council, and other leading industry organizations.
His career spans diverse sectors, beginning with staff designer roles at the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, where he prepared engineering calculations and drawings for railroad bridges and structures.
As Vice President of Architectural Operations at RR Browne & Associates, LTD (1994–2001), he led design and construction administration for numerous projects.
Thad has extensive experience in healthcare environments, including independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, and other medical facilities, as well as hospitality venues such as restaurants and health clubs, office buildings, retail developments, and daycare centers.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of specialized regulatory frameworks, including U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements, Illinois Housing Development Authority guidelines, EB-5 program standards, and New Market Tax Credits—ensuring compliant, innovative solutions tailored to each client’s vision.
